Upgrade Campaign Policies

Existing upgrade campaigns are listed on the Upgrade Campaign Policies view. From this view, you can create a new upgrade campaign, configure an upgrade campaign, view the devices associated with an upgrade campaign, and view alerts associated with an upgrade campaign.

Upgrade Campaign Policies

The Upgrade Campaign Policies view includes the following properties.

PropertyDescription
ProductName of selected application.
ClassificationCategory of selected application in FlexNet Manager Suite as being: Freeware, Component, etc.
VersionVersion of selected application.
Flexera IDFlexera ID of selected application.
PublisherPublisher of selected application.
EditionEdition of selected application.
Upgrade ToLists the application that this application will be upgraded to.
Enabled?Indicates whether or not the campaign has been enabled (by selecting the Enable upgrade campaign option on the Configure Upgrade Campaign Policy view).
PolicyClick Configure to open the Configure Upgrade Campaign Policy view for the application.
Exclusion ConditionClicking the Edit link to view a list of all upgrade campaign conditions which have been sent out for this application or click Add to add a new upgrade campaign condition. The Upgrade Campaign Conditions pop-up appears.
Targeted DevicesClick Devices to open the Devices (Upgrade Campaign) view for the application.
AlertsClick Alerts to open the Alerts (Upgrade Campaign) view for the application.
Add Discovered Flexera IDsClick to create a campaign to upgrade an application that is installed in your enterprise. The Add FlexeraID From Applications Discovered in FNMS view opens, listing all of the applications that have been discovered by FlexNet Manager Suite as being installed in your enterprise.
Search Flexera IDsClick to create a campaign to upgrade an application that could be installed in your enterprise in the future. The Search for Flexera ID view opens, listing all of the existing applications/versions in the FlexNet Manager Suite database.
DeleteClick to delete the selected application’s upgrade campaign.
